Item condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition, with all tags attached

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and energetic reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Any item clearly marked “non-returnable” at checkout

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved returns are refunded to your original method of payment or as store credit, minus any shipping charges.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange, at sabrinaguti@silentzoneapparel.com

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

How to start a return
To begin a return or exchange, email us at sabrinaguti@silentzoneapparel.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.
