2. ABOUT SILENT ZONE

Silent Zone is a woman-owned ritual-wear brand creating elevated garments designed for women moving between stillness, movement and everyday visibility.

Our garments are thoughtfully produced in Peru in limited quantities using carefully selected materials, including organic Peruvian Pima cotton where expressly stated in the applicable product description.

3. WEBSITE HOSTING AND SHOPIFY

The Silent Zone online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to make our products and services available online.

Silent Zone makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, materials, measurements and images are accurate.

Because many Silent Zone garments are handmade or produced in small quantities, slight variations in stitching, texture, finish, color placement or measurements may occur. These variations reflect the individual craftsmanship of each garment and are not automatically considered defects.

Natural fibers may soften, fade or change subtly with wear and washing. Customers should follow the care instructions provided with each garment.

7. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.

Products placed in a shopping cart are not reserved. Product availability is confirmed only after an order has been accepted by Silent Zone.

Certain pieces may be offered as pre-orders, made-to-order products or limited editions. Estimated production and shipping periods will be stated on the applicable product page.

Some limited-edition Silent Zone designs may be produced in quantities as small as three pieces per style.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Silent Zone accepts eligible return requests submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Once a return has been approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 calendar days, following the return instructions provided by Silent Zone.

Products must meet the conditions stated in our Refund Policy [LINK] . Final-sale, personalized and other disclosed non-returnable products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

A final-sale designation does not remove any applicable rights concerning products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from their description.
