Silent Zone Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By applying to and participating in the Silent Zone Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide complete and accurate information when applying.

Participation is subject to approval by Silent Zone. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Silent Zone may approve or decline an application based on brand alignment, content quality, audience relevance, engagement and other reasonable considerations.

Silent Zone may periodically review affiliate accounts and deactivate accounts that are inactive, misleading, fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Affiliate Relationship and Tiers

Affiliates participate as independent partners. Participation does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, franchise or exclusive representation relationship with Silent Zone.

During the application review, Silent Zone will evaluate each approved applicant and assign them to one of the following tiers:

Tier 1 — Gifted Affiliate

The affiliate may receive a selected Silent Zone piece as a gift. Silent Zone will determine the product, size, colour and timing based on availability. Receiving one gifted item does not guarantee future gifting, paid content or additional collaborations.

Tier 2 — Affiliate Purchase Benefit

The affiliate may receive a personal discount of up to 40% on selected Silent Zone pieces. This discount is for the affiliate’s personal use only. It may not be shared, transferred, combined with other promotions or used to generate commission.

Tier 3 — Standard Affiliate

The affiliate receives a personalized referral link and customer discount code but does not receive a gifted product or personal affiliate discount.

Silent Zone determines tier placement based on brand alignment, content quality, audience relevance, reach, engagement, campaign needs and the potential fit of the partnership. Affiliates will be informed of their assigned tier after their application has been reviewed.

Silent Zone may review and change an affiliate’s tier based on performance, activity, content quality, product availability, campaign needs or the development of the partnership. Any tier change will be communicated to the affiliate.

There is no fee to join the Program. Participation does not guarantee free products, payment per post, a minimum income, a minimum number of sales or future collaboration opportunities.

3. Commission

Unless Silent Zone communicates a different rate in writing, approved affiliates earn an 8% commission on eligible net product sales generated through their personalized referral link or customer discount code.

Tier placement determines the additional benefits an affiliate may receive. It does not automatically change the affiliate’s commission rate.

Silent Zone may offer increased commission rates, bonuses or other benefits based on sales performance, content quality, campaign participation or long-term alignment with the brand.

Commission is calculated on the eligible product value after discounts have been applied. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, returns, refunds, cancellations, gift cards and other non-product charges are excluded.

Silent Zone may update commission rates. Affiliates will be informed before a new rate applies to future transactions.

4. Eligible Sales

A sale is eligible when:

• The customer completes an order using the affiliate’s valid referral link or assigned customer discount code.
  
  

• The order is successfully paid.
  
  

• The order is not cancelled, returned, refunded or identified as fraudulent.
  
  

• The customer is not the affiliate making a personal or self-referred purchase.
  
  

Purchases made using a Tier 2 affiliate’s personal discount do not generate commission.

Silent Zone’s tracking and order records will be used to determine whether a sale and its related commission are eligible.

5. Tracking

Affiliate referrals are tracked for 30 days after a customer clicks a valid referral link, subject to the customer’s browser, device and privacy settings.

Tracking may not work if the customer blocks or deletes cookies, changes devices or browsers, uses another affiliate’s link or completes the purchase after the 30-day tracking period.

Silent Zone cannot manually assign commission when a referral cannot be reasonably verified.

6. Customer Discount

Each approved affiliate may receive a personalized code offering customers 10% off their first eligible Silent Zone order.

The customer discount code is separate from any personal discount offered to a Tier 2 affiliate.

Unless Silent Zone states otherwise, customer discount codes:

• Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
  
  

• Cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  
  

• Cannot be used for gift cards, shipping, taxes or excluded products.
  
  

• May not be posted on unauthorized coupon or discount websites.
  
  

• May not be used by the affiliate for self-referred purchases or to generate personal commission.
  
  

Silent Zone may change, pause or deactivate a code when necessary.

7. Payments

Affiliates are paid monthly for all approved commissions. There is no minimum balance required to receive payment.

After an eligible sale is made, the commission remains pending for 30 days. This verification period allows Silent Zone to confirm that the order has not been cancelled, returned, refunded or identified as fraudulent.

Once the 30-day verification period has ended, the approved commission will be included in the next monthly payment. For example, if a commission completes its verification period in October, it will be included in the next scheduled monthly payment.

Affiliates must provide complete and accurate payment information before receiving their earnings.

If valid payment information has not been provided, the approved commission will remain in the affiliate’s account and will be paid during the next payment cycle after the correct information is received.

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes required in their country. Transaction fees or currency-conversion charges applied by the affiliate’s bank or payment provider may affect the final amount received.

Silent Zone is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details, banks, payment providers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8. Content and Brand Representation

Affiliates may describe their genuine experience with Silent Zone and use approved materials supplied through the affiliate portal.

Affiliates must not:

• Make false, misleading or unverified statements about Silent Zone or its products.
  
  

• Claim that Silent Zone products provide medical, therapeutic or guaranteed wellness results.
  
  

• Misrepresent product materials, origin, sustainability practices or production methods.
  
  

• Present themselves as an employee, official representative or spokesperson for Silent Zone.
  
  

• Alter the Silent Zone logo or brand assets in a misleading or damaging way.
  
  

• Publish discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise harmful content in connection with the brand.
  
  

• Send spam or use misleading messages to promote referral links.
  
  

• Create fake accounts, orders, engagement or traffic.
  
  

Affiliates may only make sustainability, material and production claims that Silent Zone has officially provided or approved.

9. Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Silent Zone whenever promoting the brand, sharing a referral link or using an affiliate code.

This requirement applies when an affiliate earns commission, receives a gifted product, receives a personal discount or obtains any other benefit from Silent Zone.

The disclosure must be clear, easy to notice and placed with the promotional content.

Disclosures must not be hidden among hashtags, placed only after a “more” button or limited to an affiliate’s profile page.

Affiliates are responsible for following the advertising and disclosure laws that apply to their location, platform and audience.

10. Paid Advertising and Search

Affiliates may not run paid advertisements using the Silent Zone name, trademarks, product names or branded search terms without prior written permission.

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on “Silent Zone,” variations of the name or misspellings of the brand name.
  
  

• Create social-media profiles, websites or domains that appear to be official Silent Zone channels.
  
  

• Redirect advertisements through affiliate links without authorization.
  
  

• Misrepresent an advertisement as an official Silent Zone advertisement.
  
  

11. Intellectual Property

Silent Zone grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use approved brand assets solely to promote their participation in the Program.

All trademarks, photographs, videos, copy and other brand assets remain the property of Silent Zone or their respective owners. These assets may not be sold, sublicensed or used after participation ends.

Affiliates retain ownership of their original content. Tagging Silent Zone or submitting content directly to the brand does not automatically transfer ownership.

Silent Zone will request permission before using affiliate-created content in paid advertising or for other uses that have not already been agreed upon.

12. Returns, Cancellations and Fraud

Commission will not be paid on returned, refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or self-referred orders.

If commission has already been credited for an ineligible order, Silent Zone may deduct it from the affiliate’s pending balance or future commissions.

Manipulating tracking, creating false referrals, cookie stuffing, placing orders with the intention of returning them or using another person’s information to generate commission is prohibited.

Tier benefits, gifted products and personal discounts may not be resold, transferred or used to create fraudulent commission.

13. Termination

Either the affiliate or Silent Zone may end participation in the Program at any time.

Silent Zone may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate for fraud, misleading promotion, disclosure violations, unauthorized advertising, intellectual-property misuse, misuse of tier benefits or conduct that may harm the brand.

Valid commission earned before termination will remain payable after the applicable 30-day verification period. Fraudulent or otherwise ineligible commission will be cancelled.

After termination, the affiliate must stop using Silent Zone referral links, discount codes and restricted brand assets. Any unused personal discount or unfulfilled tier benefit may also be cancelled.

14. Program Changes

Silent Zone may update the Program, tier structure, benefits, commission structure, customer discount, eligibility requirements or these Terms and Conditions as the business develops.

Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates and will apply to future activity unless an immediate change is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse or legal risk.

Continued participation after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Silent Zone reserves the right to make the final decision regarding applications, tier placement, affiliate eligibility, tracked referrals and commission approval, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
